Key Responsibilities:

• Market Analysis: Research and analyze global and regional fertilizer markets, including supply-demand dynamics and price trends. Develop and implement strategies to capitalize on market opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Trade Execution: Source, evaluate, and negotiate terms for fertilizer products. Oversee logistics to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
• Client & Supplier Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers. Provide expert advice and resolve trade-related issues to ensure client satisfaction.
• Financial Management: Monitor trading margins and profitability. Prepare reports on market conditions and trading performance for senior management. Maintain accurate records.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all trading activities comply with legal and regulatory standards. Identify and mitigate risks associated with trading operations.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Agriculture, or related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CMT) is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in fertilizer trading or related commodity, with a proven track record.
• Skills:
